For Demitrie and Karen Palm, the foundation of their work is built on 35 years of marriage and a shared passion for holistic wellness—of the body, the mind, and the spirit. Their journey is one of transition, transformation, and a relentless commitment to helping couples thrive in every season of life. From Atlanta to the Tampa Bay Area After living in Atlanta for nearly 30 years, where they raised their children and built their lives, Demitrie and Karen made the bold decision to relocate to Tampa in 2019. This move was more than just a change of scenery; it was a step toward a new mission. Despite leaving behind a deep-rooted community, they felt a calling to use the lessons from their own 35-year marriage to support and restore other couples. In December 2019, they launched Fitness Marriage Coaching LLC, fulfilling a long-held vision to combine physical health with relationship vitality. As former gym owners and personal trainers, they understand that a healthy marriage requires the same discipline as physical fitness. Demitriei brings unparalleled creativity and a background from The Fashion Art Institute of Atlanta, while Karen, a graduate from Southern University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree, former professional model and "Americas Fit Mrs. 2022," brings organizational strength and a unique mentoring approach for every married women.

Our couples counseling services are designed to help couples improve their communication and resolve conflicts in a healthy manner. Our experienced counselors work with couples to identify the root causes of their problems and develop strategies to overcome them.
Premarital Counseling
Our premarital counseling services are designed to help couples build a strong foundation for their marriage. We work with couples to identify potential areas of conflict and develop strategies to resolve them before they become major issues.
Individual Spouse Counseling
We also offer individual counseling services for those who are struggling with personal issues that are affecting their relationship. Our experienced counselors provide a safe and supportive environment to help individuals work through their problems and develop healthy coping strategies.
Online Counseling
We offer online counseling services for those who prefer to receive counseling from the comfort of their own home. Our online counseling services are conducted via video conferencing and provide the same level of care and support as our in-person counseling services.
Group Counseling
Our group counseling services are designed to provide a supportive and safe environment for individuals to work through their problems with others who are going through similar experiences. Our experienced counselors facilitate these sessions and provide guidance and support throughout the process.
